Codon Optimization and gene synthesis within 2~3 weeks.
Clone or sub-clone your target gene to Bacterial or Baculovirus vector systems.
Protein expression will be optimized in a E.coli or Baculoviral expression system.
We use various liquid chromatography techniques (AC, IEX, HIC, multi-mode and SEC) and design of experiment (DOE) for optimal protein purification. We also provide services for protein purification process development to pilot scale.
We provide high quality, cost-effective synchrotron data collection service at state-of-the-art macromolecular crystallography beamlines located at several 3rd generation synchrotron facilities worldwide (e.g. APS, ALS, NSLS II, Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility SSRF and synchrotron facilities in Europe). We obtain beamtime under proprietary user agreements with respective synchrotron facilities and guarantee your sample confidentiality. Our access to multiple synchrotron facilities allows uninterrupted data collection service throughout the year. We accept mail- in protein crystals for data collection and structure determination.
